What we look for
Intellectual honesty. The channel has a lot of received wisdom that does not hold up. We need people who can question it.
Operator mindset. We build things. We do not just advise on them. Everyone on the team ships work that matters.
Long-term thinking. We are building infrastructure, not chasing a quick win. That requires patience and conviction.
Even without an open role, we want to hear from people who are serious about the channel.
