We are a small team with a long thesis. The work is real, the problem is significant, and we are not in a hurry to hire the wrong people. If you have spent time in the channel and left frustrated by how broken the information was, you already understand why we exist.

We post roles here when we are ready to hire. If you are exceptional at what you do and believe in what we are building, send us a note anyway. We keep a short list of people we want to work with when the time is right.
What we look for
Intellectual honesty. The channel has a lot of received wisdom that does not hold up. We need people who can question it.
Operator mindset. We build things. We do not just advise on them. Everyone on the team ships work that matters.
Long-term thinking. We are building infrastructure, not chasing a quick win. That requires patience and conviction.
Even without an open role, we want to hear from people who are serious about the channel.
